Job DescriptionInova Cares Clinic for Women is looking for a dedicated RN Outpatient Lead to provide support and care to an underserved population with true need. This role will be full-time, day shift Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.. The position is primarily located in Falls Church, VALocation: Inova Cares Clinic for Women- 6400 Arlington Blvd #210, Falls Church, VA 22042**Candidate selected for this position, may be required to float between Alexandria, Herndon and Mount Vernon when needed**Inova Cares for Women is part of Inova's Community Health service line. We pride ourselves in providing prenatal and gynecological care for Northern Virginia's uninsured and low-income community members. Our patient population is culturally diverse, though predominantly Spanish-speaking. Serves as a clinical expert and a team leader for all clinical staff in the Outpatient environment while communicating effectively and working cooperatively with others. Respects and understands other clinical disciplines while using an integrated approach toward achieving desired patient outcomes. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development in lifelong learning and providing direction and guidance to others regarding practice. Serves as a resource, preceptor and mentor while demonstrating leadership skills in decision making and problem solving.Additional RequirementsCertification - Basic Life SupportLicensure - Licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of VirginiaExperience - 3 years of experience in Nursing.
