Manages the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the organization's overall performance improvement activities. The Patient Safety Officer serves as a resource for clinical Risk Management issues. Works in a collaborative manner with all staff. Qualifications

Degreed from an accredited college or Nursing Program, and licensed as a Registered Nurse required.

Master's Degree in Nursing required.

Five years of clinical experience in a psychiatric facility or similar environment.

Two years of experience in conducting clinical chart audits, analyzing results and developing action plans required.
