Position Overview

Join a dedicated team in Honesdale, PA, as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Rehab. Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation, focusing on recovery and maximizing patient independence.

Develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care post-discharge.

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the MEDITECH EMR system.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in Pennsylvania.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Rehab or similar setting.

Proficiency in MEDITECH or similar EMR systems is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
