Registered Nurse for 1:1 Summer School Student care
* RN for 1:1 care of high school student
* Liverpool, NY
* Part Time - 4 Hours daily (20 hours weekly)
* Temporary - Three Weeks between July and August

Responsibilities
* Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students' health and wellness.
* Travel to pick up student for the school day and accompany him home at the end of the day.
* Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations
* Provide nursing services through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
* Maintain all documentation required by the district - inlcuding, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEPs
Qualifications
* Must hold a current license to practice in the state of New York
* Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
