Sapphire Nursing at Meadow Hill , a premier long term skilled nursing facility located in Orange, New York is actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for Weekend Shifts to join our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Orange County, NY. The RN Nursing Weekend supervisor will report to the Director of Nursing for the coordination and providing the highest quality of care and services to residents in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards and regulations.Sign on bonus up to $2500.00 (paid in quarterly installments)Responsibilities: Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures. Performs assessment of new patient admissions. Completes Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and families. Provides information to Residents and health care team. Maintains safe and clean working environment. Maintains Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Maintains documentation of Resident care services.
