Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays Position Highlights Follows team nursing model to support Middletown, Smyrna, and Newark practices.Home base is Wilmington. Will collaborate with the nursing team to manage busy message center and telephone/walk-in triage. Additional responsibilities include FMLA, prior authorizations, managing nursing visit schedule, patient teaching and prescription refills. Possibility for hybrid work in the future. Whether a position can be supported for remote work will be assessed based on whether ChristianaCare is able to meet the business requirements of the proposed remote location. Education and Experience Requirements A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing. RN license or eligible for licensure in the state of Delaware. Two years of experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred. BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years. BLS certification required.
