Weekly Pay Range - $2413 To $2681 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown Job Duration: 13 weeks with an option to extend up to 24 weeks Shift: Day/Night rotating shift; 3x12-Hour (7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience required; PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. Must have a minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required Must-Have: - Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty- Permanent reference obtained from the past 12 months- Required certifications must be active- ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate will be conducted during orientation; acceptable scores required Job Description: - Orientation hours: 20 (Non-Billable)- Must work at least every other holiday- Assessment waived, but ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate are required - Support staff exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements temporarily- Background checks reviewed, without open cases accepted- BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract- Badge collection and fingerprinting onsite before start date Please note: Permanent, per diem candidates cannot return to the facility for 1 year from their previous end date.
