Works under the direction of the director of Nursing and handles a diverse range of tasks, including administering treatment or medications, performing clinical procedures, and documenting the clinical data of patients, among other duties.*RESPONSIBILITIES:** Helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients.* Working closely with others in a fast-paced, team environment under the direction of the Nurse Manager* Accountable for ensuring that competent care and safety are consistently delivered to all residents.* This opportunity awaits a motivated and ambitious professional with assisted living experience.* Handles physician orders, administers medications, collects and maintains resident data, takes vitals, assists with resident comfort* Assure proper procedures are followed at all times* Communicate with residents and their families in an appropriate manner*REQUIREMENTS:** Current and valid license as an RN in the state of New York required* Degree from an accredited school or nursing/nursing program is required*ABOUT US:*VestraCare is a portfolio of five health care facilities in New York state, including: Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dunkirk; Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Roscoe; Sunset Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boonville; and Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Johnson City.
