Cathedral Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a leader in our facility, youll oversee nursing staff, deliver exceptional care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Newly Raised Pay Rates: Up to $45/hour, with Shift diffs: +$4.50/hr (6a-2p) & +$6.50/hr (2p-6a).

Available Shift:

Weekend Option (WEO): Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:00 AM 6:00 PMThis schedule provides a stable work routine while allowing flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Administer and oversee nursing care in alignment with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to enhance team performance and morale.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and support nursing teams effectively.
