One of our client, a Health Center located in New York, is looking for an Registered Nurse - Women's HealtPosition Type: Temp to Perm/ PermLocation: New YorkSchedule: Monday- Friday 10am-6pm – Saturday Rotation – Full TimeDescription* Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient health, developing care plans, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and support.* Reports into DONRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:* Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical record.* Administer nursing care during preventive care services to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.* Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention and provide medical case management.* Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.* Participate and oversee performance and quality improvement activities.* Work collaboratively with LPNs Medical Assistants in support of clinical providers and patients' needRequirements:* Current New York State Registered Nursing License (BS preferred)* CPR Certification* Infection Control Certification* Bilingual Spanish Preferred* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills* Covid Vaccination required* Must have some OB/ GYN outpatient experience* Pediatric Experience PreferredPlease email: ...@hcmmi.com#LI-LJ1
