RRT Certified Respiratory Therapist New Grads encouraged to apply! **Up to $25,000 Sign-On Bonus** MLR is seeking a skilled and empathetic Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this position, you'll assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional respiratory care, managing mechanical ventilation, performing diagnostic tests, and educating patients and their families on respiratory health. Shift: Full-Time, Nights Schedule:
- 36 hour week
- 3x12s; rotating days
- Schedule known 1 month in advance
Qualifications for a Registered Respiratory Therapist:
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) in New York required.
- Current BLS Certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- Strong understanding of respiratory physiology, pathology, and therapeutic interventions.
