Job Description:
Respiratory Therapists follow AARC standards at St. Mary's Medical Center. They insert arterial lines, intubate patients and practice patient driven protocolized care. St. Mary's is a 310-bed hospital with 32 ICU/CVICU beds, 33 ED beds and 22 NICU beds. As the largest hospital between Denver and Salt Lake City, this level II trauma center gives RT's the opportunity to frequently work in critical care areas (including a level III NICU) and advance their careers in leadership roles within the department.In Grand Junction, you're surrounded by countless outdoor activities (see Colorado National Monument), near access to world-class ski resorts (Aspen and Snowmass), and 3 National parks (Arches, Canyonlands, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison) while being in a community that is home to 30 wineries and tasting rooms.
