**Registrar and Curriculum Support Specialist**

The College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) is looking for an enthusiastic and process-driven Registrar and Curriculum Support Specialist who will regularly collaborate with students, faculty and staff to provide a full range of high level, professional administrative and student services along with ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of student records in accordance with established policies.

**What you will do:**

As a member of the Registrar and Curriculum team at CVM, you will:

* Provide administrative and registrar support to the College Registrar, Assistant Registrar and Director of the Veterinary Curriculum.

* Manage professional student registrar files and students' foundation course, distribution course and clinic rotation schedules in the internal CVM programs, along with Foundation Course Leaders and Curriculum Committee Meetings.

* Provide primary support in areas of course enrollment, Add/Drop process, grading and record management for CVM programs and resolve all inquiries independently within the parameters prescribed by established policies and procedures.

* Maintain course files and coordinate the collection and compilation of revised text for the annual update of the Courses of Study using Acalog, CCI and PeopleSoft, followed by communication to appropriate personnel.

* Manage student opportunity block program applications process (including approvals, routing to faculty of record, clinic schedule and requirements, enrollment, evaluation process and grading).

* Coordinate processing of final grading and Clinical grading, ensure accuracy of grade entry and proper procedures followed, along with Class Teacher's meeting, distribution of reports, letters and documents for students' records.

* Assist with determination of completion of the program and/or degree and prepare licensure forms for various states.

* Associates Degree with 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

* Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).

* Outstanding attention to detail and organizational and data management skills.

* Experience handling difficult and/or stressful situations with professionalism, courtesy, sensitivity and tact.

* Capability to effectively multitask, self-direct and exercise judgment.

* Enthusiasm to work within a team; promoting and supporting cooperation and respect as well as ability to develop effective working relationships and collaborate with a wide variety of faculty, staff and students.

* Demonstrated proficiency in various technological platforms such as Zoom, MS Access, Microsoft Office and Outlook.

* Ability to review processes and procedures and improve by streamlining efforts.

* Demonstrated history of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
