OFFICE: RTC-CALABARZON, TESDA REGION IV-ASALARY: SG-15 (Php36,619.00) PERA: P2,000.00THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 15% - Facilitates the enrollment process and procedures;15% - Conducts training induction and culminating programs;15% - Maintains records, reports, and other pertinent documents;10% - Prepares training calendar;10% - Issues scholastic and similar documents to learners;10% - Conducts pre-employment conference;10% - Assists in the social and marketing advocacy programs of the school;10% - Assists in the monitoring of programs, projects, and activities conducted;10% - Performs other related functions.
