Job Description:
* Serve as the direct supervisor for the Associate Director of Academic Records and Completion, Senior Enrollment Coordinator, and Enrollment Coordinators within the Office of Academic Records and Enrollment;
* Assist the Senior Executive Director of Enrollment Services & Financial Aid in the daily management and oversight of all duties and responsibilities of the Office of Academic Records and Enrollment, including but not limited to, those pertaining to admissions, registration, degree certification, and student records;
* Manage all rules and processes within the Banner SIS and Recruit (CRM) as it relates to admissions, registration, degree certification, and student records;
* Coordinate all manual registration drops, including but not limited to, drop-for-non-attendance, missing pre-requisites/co-requisites, and academic suspension, and assist with the drop-for-non-payment;
* Process mandatory end-of-term processes, including but not limited to, the rolling of grades, re-calculation of GPAs, updating course repeat indicators, updating student type status, updating Academic Standing, updating Dean's/President's List designation, posting of degrees and graduation honors, and releasing of diplomas;
* Assist the Office of Institutional Research to ensure accurate data submissions to meet both state and federal reporting requirements;
* Coordinate with academic department personnel to ensure that admission requirements are accurately interpreted and assessed, admission timelines for selective programs are open and closed as designated, and checklists are created as needed.
* Process appeal forms pertaining to student academic records, including but not limited to, Full Cost of Instruction, Course Refunds, Exception to Records Policy, and Academic Forgiveness;
* Respond to Subpoenas, Directory Information, and Solomon Data requests;
* Develop and maintain standardized training and assessment tools for the Office of Academic Records and Enrollment;
* Assist faculty, staff, and students in understanding policies and solving issues related to admissions, registration, graduation, and records processes;
* Assist with official communications sent on behalf of the Office of Academic Records and Enrollment.
* Represent both the College and the Office of Academic Records and Enrollment, on occasion, at both on- and off-campus meetings, information sessions, and events;
* Serve on College Work Groups and Strategic Task Forces as assigned;
* Act on behalf of the Senior Executive Director of Enrollment & Financial Aid in their absence;
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with seven (7) years of relevant work experience (higher education experience preferred). Master's degree preferred.
* Experience creating and maintaining records within a large database system (the Banner SIS preferred)
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve Departmental and College goals
* Ability to perform complex data entry functions swiftly and accurately
* Ability to perform in-depth research and analysis to problem-solve complex data issues
* Ability to successfully engage with the public, students, faculty, and staff positively and professionally within a fast-paced and high-volume environment
