Job Summary:

This role will be instrumental in coordinating the registration of annual meetings, internal events, and regional meetings utilizing the CVENT registration system. This position will be responsible for the entire registration process from HQ to onsite for Customers and HQ staff alike. Additionally, this role will support the entire Event Management team in various duties as needed with events throughout the year including but not limited to major conferences.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinates and implements all aspects of registration for events managed by the Event Management department using the CVENT registration system.

• Provides prompt, thorough, effective, customer-centric service to customers and prospects attending events via email and phone.

• Responsible for the entire registration process on-site during BOC, Convention, and other events TBD (including but not limited to pre-show badge printing, onsite registration area set up, and lead contact on-site for all HQ staff working at registration desk).

• Maintains and updates MAX Center Events Page.

• Provides timely and detailed registration reports based on current and historical data to members of the Event Management team and other internal teams.

• Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in the CVENT registration system continually researching ways to utilize the system to its full potential.

• Maintains accurate Executive Events Calendar to be distributed internally.

• Communicates event information effectively and professionally to potential and existing participants to increase event enrollment.

• Works with the internal Communications team on providing CVENT-ready graphics and verbiage.

• Develops and maintains Event mobile Applications for Conferences.

• Other Duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience

Years of Experience: 1-3 Years

Years of Management: No Experience Needed

Preferred Licensing, Certifications and Skills:

• Ability to travel to two main events: RE/MAX Convention (March timeframe) and RE/MAX Conference (August timeframe). Additional travel may be required.

Hire Range/Rate:

$45,000 - $55,000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
