Project Description - Supporting the Enterprise Archive Team and internal customers.
- Executing processes to index and archive data.
- Collaborating on production support.
- Offering feedback on process improvements.
Responsibilities: - Analysis of incoming project data
- Applying data standards
- Work with project analysts (customers) for data prep
- Executing processes to complete data indexing and archival
- Track and record progress, issues, or deadline completion
- Work with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Operational-centric thinking/production support
- Review reported issues and work with customers toward resolution
