The Regulatory Affairs Associate is an integral part of our Regulatory Affairs team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.
Position Details
Reports to the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator of Phibro Animal Health Corporation and will be a direct contributor. Position will work closely with, regulatory peers, marketing, quality, customer solutions and manufacturing teams. This position is located with the regulatory team at our Quincy, IL office and may include some limited travel.
Key Responsibilities

* Manages International strategy for product registration projects including coordination of legalization activities for registration documents, preparing dossiers (scanning/photocopying, paginating, reviewing, and proof-reading) and supports on-going maintenance of the existing registrations.
* Opportunity to participate in industry associations as AFIA, AAFCO and others as appropriate
* Represent regulatory on internal cross functional teams and assist with interactions with external regulatory agencies such as FDA, EPA, USDA, state and international government agencies
* Manages the request of labels and labeling changes for product under his/her responsibilities
* Ensure timely product registration renewals
* Manages Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS) for his/her product responsibilities
* Manages biannual FDA Facilities Registration & NSP State Licenses
* Manages the Company Recall Program
* Contribute to continuous improvement to business processes

Education & Experience
* Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, Biological Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or related areas preferred, but not required
* Experience on scientific-work background on Animal food/feed, human food, food supplements or life sciences background of 1-2 years desired
* Project management experience desired
* Working with international team experience desired
