Regulatory Analyst Job Details Professional Discipline : Admin/Clerical Support Specialty : Regulatory Specialist Employment Type : Full Time City : NA State : TX Pay Range : Job Description:InGenesis is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to work with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance of lease provisions on mineral leases, maintaining well records pertinent to determining the validity of each lease and offering customer support for the filing of required regulatory documents.   • Collect, analyze, and enter data received from the operators regarding well permitting, drilling, and completion of wells, operator changes, consolidations, sub-divisions, down-hole commingles, etc. (RRC forms).
  • Monitor regulatory compliance of oil and gas operators, on University Lands acreage.
  • Work with operators to ensure University Lands well records are current and complete.
  • Create penalty invoices for Regulatory non-compliance.
  • Provide industry education and assistance in reference to University Lands data requirements and use of public website.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree. Each year of right of way, land title, or oil and gas land experience may substitute for one year of college (30 semester hours) up to a maximum of four years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science is a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Texas Oil and Gas Regulatory forms.
  • Experience working with the Texas Railroad Commission.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Knowledge of University Lands.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well with others.
Working Conditions
  • Work is performed in an office environment. Daily use of personal computer and other standard office equipment.
