Position Description:Oversee and manage all aspects of FERC and NERC compliance, ensuring that the organization meets and exceeds the necessary standards and requirementsLead the development, implementation, and maintain FERC and NERC compliance policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the integrity of Equinor US operations.Provide leadership and guidance to the Operations team, ensuring alignment with NERC standards and best practices.Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.Coordinate and support the preparation of required NERC compliance reports, documentation, and audits. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all necessary information to regulatory authorities. Collaborate with regulatory agencies, regional entities, and industry peers to stay updated on evolving NERC standards, guidelines, and industry trends. Represent the organization in relevant forums and meetings related to NERC compliance.
