Let's get in touch What you'll be doingIdentifying and overseeing regulatory compliance, and conduct risks, designing and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate these risks for the entitySurveying and interpreting the entity's regulatory and broader risk landscape, being the escalatory point for regulatory issues and requests and the key owner of the entity's approach to upcoming new regulationsEstablishing and executing a best-in-class compliance framework, and where required, monitoring, and training programmeOverseeing the 1LoDs management of compliance and conduct, risk and control management frameworkWhat you'll need6+ years of experience in consumer regulatory compliance with exposure to US payments- and deposits-related laws, regulations, and rulesAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesPrior experience / exposure managing process improvement and control enhancement in a regulated industry environment;Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory risk assessments, gap analysis, policy creation, and implementationExperience in providing compliance input on the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of financial productsExcellent understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business riskAbility to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulatorsMulti-tasking with close attention to detailCapability to exhibit wise decision-making skillsExceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or a US regulatorCompensation rangeNew York: $153,000 - $180,000 gross annually*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
