Regulatory Project Manager Location: NYC Schedule: Hybrid Rate: $60.00 - $70.00/hr Interview: 1-and-done panel Main qualifications: Program / Project Management experience Regulatory expertise Operational Resilience experience Description: The Contingent Worker will support the project lead in managing the U.S. Operational Resilience Program under the teams remit. Team is responsible for program management including (but not limited to) US and global regulatory changes, business process improvements, alignment to US and Bank-wide strategic changes. Responsibilities: • Participate with the team in working with the business lines and internal stakeholders in understanding the regulatory framework and developing systems and processes to ensure compliance. • Work closely with the PMO Project Manager responsible for the delivery of the U.S. Operational Resilience • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, and progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management. • Attend program meetings, meeting minutes, and serve as program secretary. • Provide and maintain project related documentation including meeting minutes, Risks & Issues logs, project plans, and task lists. • Administrative duties include folder organization and calendar management. • Maintain databases and internal tools used for tracking progress, regulatory developments, and documentation. • Conduct research, and one-off projects from time to time when required. Requirements: • University degree in business, finance, engineering and/or relevant experience • 8+ years of Program Management Experience • Experienced with leading Project Initiatives • Familiarity with online project management tools and websites (including basic webpage maintenance capabilities). • Excellent PowerPoint skills. • Relevant experience in Operational or Cyber Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Operational • Risk or Third Party Management a plus • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and matrix-based environment. • Financial, accounting, computer literacy and excellent written and oral communication skills. • Considerable initiative, creativity and good judgment are necessary. • University degree in business, finance, engineering and/or relevant experience Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
