Regulatory Services Department Manager Job Description We are seeking a Director for our Regulatory Services Department to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing projects and staff within the regulatory division. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA. Project types include PA Act 2 Site Remediation, NJ SRP Site Remediation, regulatory compliance, and managing environmental permits.
Responsibilities - Manage projects within the regulatory division.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals including an LSRP, PM, and additional field staff.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Write and review reports and proposals.
- Handle case management and ensure project deadlines are met.
Essential Skills - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in environmental consulting.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in report and proposal writing.
- Experience in case management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in business development.
- Proficiency in proposal writing and cost estimation.
