Role Summary

Support business units by managing product labels to ensure time to market and regulatory compliance. Review, approve and archive market labels. Coordinate with the primary registrants to approve the labels for purchase orders, redesign, and new products. Assist with the preparation and submission of notifications and amendments to EPA and among other regulatory duties. Interacts professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the organization.

Duties and responsibilities

* Ensure all printed product content (both text and graphics) are compliant with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and State Standards and Regulations.

* Proof all labels scheduled to be printed to ensure they are up to regulations, often working closely with Primary registrants (if not Bonide) to obtain final approval.

* Assist with all national and state registration and renewal activities including label applications, notifications, and amendments.

* Work closely with Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, external printers, and graphic artists to ensure all designs and labels are as intended.

* Maintain a strong knowledge of current FIFRA pesticide regulations and state mandates including those that fall under the 25(b) FIFRA Exemption.

* Assist with label upload to company website and other required on-line regulatory locations.

* Additional Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a sciences discipline or three years' experience in a regulatory driven field.

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex and technical documents.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

* Working knowledge of WERCS, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator desired.

* Professional certifications are preferred but not required.
