* POSITION SUMMARY:* Under the supervision of the Therapy Supervisor, the Rehab Aide assists therapists and nursing staff with the provision of rehabilitative care for a variety of patients. He/She contributes to the plan of care through participation on the interdisciplinary team.* QUALIFICATIONS:* EDUCATION:* Minimum:* High school diploma or GED.* LICENSE:* PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:* WORK EXPERIENCE:* Preferred:* One to two years in a rehab setting.* SKILLS:* Minimum:* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.* Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.* Preferred:* Medical Terminology course completion.* Salary Range: $17.51-$19.34
