OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced professional that can be either a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occuptional Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assisant to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM for Symbria's Outpatient Services located at Calvary Homes in Lancaster, PA.As the Assistant Program Manager, you will be responsible ffor managing the outpatient services program as well as building the pogram to other Assisted Living/Indepdent Living locations in our Lancaster communities ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. There will not be travel to single/individual homes in Lancaster. The outpatient services is peformed on the AL/IL campuses of the communites. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals in need of rehabilitation services.ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Program Manager, you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.Qualifications* Be a graduate of an accredited school for PT, PTA, OT or COTA* Hold CPR Certification* Hold valid driver's license and vehicle insurance* Hold a valid state license.* Must have at least one year acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.* Must have at least one year experience as a Lead, Assistant DOR or DOR roleWhy work for us?At Symbria our employees act like owners - because we are owners!
