Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Performs registration, scheduling, financial procedures to support professional services and revenue cycle process in accordance with established Hospital and Departmental policy and procedure. Performs other clerical and patient care functions to support Hospital and Departmental requirements. May assign, oversee and monitor work of other employees. Works proactively and in partnership with other staff and therapists contributing to effective operations. Delivers service in conjunction with Hospital's customer service standards and expectations. REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology through formal training/previous experience. Two years professional or hospital billing experience. 1-3 years of experience.Additional Information
