Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Rehab Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift (12 Hours); 12D/N Rotating (may vary within the same week) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Must possess a valid RN license Certifications: Flu/COVID vaccination required, accepting medical/religious declinations Must-Have: Candidates must be prepared to float and respond to offers within 48 hours Job Description: - Participate in the care and rehabilitation of patients in an Acute Rehab setting.- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.- Commit to a 36-hour workweek, with potential variation during the orientation week.- Respond promptly, within 30 minutes, if on-call is required.- Be available to work every other weekend.- Be prepared to float to areas of need as required, this can occur pre-shift or mid-shift and may happen several times in a shift.- Adhere to facility protocols, including wearing Navy Blue scrubs as the standard uniform.- Understand that candidates can be downstaffed/flexed for 4-hour increments, based on facility needs.- Maintain compliance with all health and safety requirements, including the flu and COVID-19 vaccination policies.
