Rehabilitation Technician, Rehab Tech - ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC - Evansville and Newburgh, INWe are looking for energetic Rehab Techs to join our outpatient therapy team. This position contributes to a safe, motivating, and organized clinical environment for our clients and our team of professional therapists. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative environment!What will you be doing in this role?Providing assistance with physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries and/or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseaseMonitoring the clinic's patients and supporting the therapist with treatment needs - facilitate a convenient and safe environment while providing excellent customer serviceAssisting in front office tasks which may include greeting patients, answering the telephone, supporting registration, data entry, filing, and patient record upkeepSafeguarding and escorting patients from one location to another, if neededContinually clean and organize treatment areas and equipment.Prepare patients, treatment areas, equipment, and supplies such as fitness equipment and linensMay do laundry on occasioninventory of supplies and equipmentCleaning work areas and equipment before, during, and after shiftFacilitating an efficient environment for coworkersThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
