Long term temporary full-time position Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5:30pm JOB SUMMARY Reports directly to the Rehab Coordinator, Occupational Therapy Supervisor and Rehab Staff; Performs designated routine tasks related to the operation of the Rehabilitation Department, but may also assist with resident related activities pre-determined for each resident and assigned by a PT/OTR-L. DUTIES:
- Transport residents to/from therapy. Frequently pushes pulls and supports residents.
- Assist therapists as needed with resident therapy.
- Transport records, equipment and supplies as needed.
- Prepares, maintains and cleans-up treatment area/machines as needed.
- Performs pre-determined, general office procedures as needed:
- Prepares new admission packets and distributes to designated members of Rehab Department (PT, OT and ST)
- Documentation of daily attendance of residents.
Requirements - Minimum age of 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
- C.N.A. Certification required.
