This is a night shift position requiring every other weekend availability. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute rehab or neurology experience preferred
- Experience with the Epic EMR system is a plus
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
