Department: PT Schoenherr Satellite Contingent (not scheduled to work a specified number of hours per pay) CLINIC IS OPENED MON - THUR 7A TO 7P AND FRIDAY 7A TO 2P, HOURS WILL INCLUDE TWO EVENINGS UNTIL 7PM THIS IS PRN BUT WILL HAVE A SET SCHEDULE TO BE DETERMINED Charwood Medical Center - Warren, MI GENERAL SUMMARY
- Assist in the provision of rehabilitative services.
- Assist with patient treatments as directed.
- Prepare treatment areas for therapy and maintain in safe and sanitary condition. Maintain equipment used in therapy interventions.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Complete non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
