Innovative Therapeutic Services is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist for a hybrid role that combines remote flexibility with in-person client support.In this position, you'll deliver clinical services, supervise and mentor our dedicated PRP staff, and ensure clients receive personalized care through our support and services. Qualifications and SkillsMaster's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social WorkLicensed LMSW or LCSW-C in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing).Minimum 2 years of experience working with children/adolescents with mental health diagnoses.Minimum 2 years of counseling experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation.The position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.Responsibilities and DutiesReview and complete initial assessment screenings for new client referrals.Provide supervision and support to PRP coordinators to ensure adherence with CARF, OHCQ, COMAR regulations, and clinic policies/procedures.Review, collaborate, and monitor coordinators' caseloads with Quality & Assurance personnel to ensure timely completion of documentation, including case consultations, weekly note submissions, monthly summaries, individualized rehabilitation plans, collaborative notes, annual consents, and referrals.Conduct monthly quality assurance audits for active/inactive cases and follow up with clients as needed.Participate and conduct pre-hire screenings and interviews for the program with the Director.Complete disciplinary action as needed and conduct annual reviews for employees/contractors.Attend and provide support in developing PRP training sessions and monthly meetings.Facilitate weekly PRP groups for children and adults.Market the PRP Program internally and externally to support clients in need.Maintain updated insurance authorizations.Perform other duties as assigned.Benefits and PerksMedical, dental, and vision benefits.Retirement 401K option with company match for salaried employees.Paid time off/sick leave/holiday pay.Employee Assistance Program, Discounted Perks through ADP.Free trainings/CEU's.Board Certified Supervisors are available for Licensed Master Social Workers who may need individual and/or group supervision hours.Other ItemsThe candidate must be willing to complete a federal and state background check upon hire and provide a professional liability insurance policy.The candidate must possess a current driver's license and have reliable transportation.Company OverviewInnovative Therapeutic Services, Corp.
