REHABILITATION THERAPIST - DANCE

The Department of State Hospitals - Napa Rehabilitation Therapy Department is accepting applications for multiple permanent, full time Rehabilitation Therapist - Dance vacancies. The candidate should be knowledgeable about rehabilitation therapy in a mental health setting, creative, have strong leadership and clinical skills. Minimum Qualifications for Rehabilitation Therapist Dance Therapy:

Completion of an approved clinical internship in the appropriate rehabilitation specialty in an approved hospital or rehabilitation center affiliated with the college. And possession of a Master's Degree in Dance Therapy, or registration with the American Dance Therapy Association, or eligibility for such registration.

Founded in 1875, Napa State Hospital is the only state hospital in Northern California for persons struggling with severe mental illness. Classified as a low to moderate security facility, the hospital has a bed capacity to treat up to 1,362 patients on an attractive campus with treatment units located on 138 acres.
