Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:45PM - 5:45AMStarting pay rate: $15.90/hrDescriptionThis position is responsible for keeping the floors clean and cleared of any fallen birds and for hand eviscerating birds that will not hang properly on the shackles to go through the Venter Machine and the Maestro Eviscerator. The Rehang/Floor Person will keep birds and parts picked up off the floor. The Rehanger/Floor Person will use hose sprayers and squeegees to keep floors clean during processing. The drain pans under machines are to be cleaned and cleared of debris for proper draining. Any birds that will not hang properly to go through the Venter and Maestro machines are vented and eviscerated by hand. The birds are then hung back on the line by any means possible, placing the viscera into the proper color coded tray to go through the rest of the line. The birds are removed from racks behind USDA Helpers and Inspectors to correct defects and hang back on line for reinspection. The Rehanger/Floor Person will assist in other areas as needed. The temperature is between 55 to 60 degrees. The Rehanger/Floor Person will walk for 8 hours. The Reworker will stand for 10 hours. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Esta posicin es responsable de mantener los pisos limpios y despejados de cualquier ave cada y de eviscerar a mano las aves que no cuelgan adecuadamente de los grilletes para pasar por la Mquina Venter y el Maestro Eviscerator. La persona de Rehang/Floor mantendr las aves y las piezas recogidas del suelo. El Rehanger /Floor Person usar pulverizadores de manguera y squeegees para mantener los pisos limpios durante el procesamiento. Las bandejas de drenaje debajo de las mquinas deben limpiarse y limpiarse de escombros para un drenaje adecuado. Cualquier ave que no cuelgue correctamente para pasar por las mquinas Venter y Maestro se ventila y eviscera a mano.
