This position evaluates the impact of these policies on Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) practice and reimbursement. Additionally, the Reimbursement Specialist supports the creation of materials on CRNA reimbursement policies for distribution to members and key stakeholders.Why join us?

Job DetailsExperience:
  • 3-5 years of experience analyzing quality or value-based payment models within a healthcare professional association. Experience developing payment models is preferred.
  • Knowledge of billing and coding within value-based payment systems and alternative payment models.
  • Certification in billing and coding or familiarity with anesthesia payment systems is preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex situations and identify key issues and facts.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Quick to learn new computer skills and software as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
