Overview This position requires an analytical and marketing capacity for dealing with senior level investment sales professionals working within a large global financial and investment organization. Strong interpersonal skills are required for interfacing daily with the sales team. The ability to work on projects independently is important.
Role Details As a/an Relationship Manager - Insurance, you will (be):
- Sales for insurance products offered by the platform. Supporting targeted sell strategies and learning specialty investment products
- Developing and maintaining competitor performance analysis. Directing the preparation of marketing strategy updates and commentary. Supporting client meetings and follow-up as necessary
- Ability to work in an integrated fashion with DWS investment and insurance colleagues for delivering optimal investment views and strategy offerings
- Pursuing industry board or working positions on relevant Associations and/or Industry Groups for promoting DWS Insurance Business and personal franchise
- Operating with sense of urgency while maintaining efficient work ethic pursuing new business relationships and organizational discipline
- Ability to focus and manage the sell cycle within a market environment of constant change and characterized by numerous insurance company opportunities
We are looking for:
- BA degree or MBA
- Experience working within the Insurance and/or Institutional sector
- Experience in Fixed income and Alternative investments with Insurance companies is a plus
License(s):
- Series 7 and 63 licenses will be required
- CFA, CAIA, CPA, and/or Insurance designations are a plus

The salary range for this position in New York is $99,000 to $208,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
