This role involves providing exceptional service, keeping clients updated on new products, and bringing in new business. Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Updating clients on new banking products, services, and financial solutions.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Bringing on new clients through targeted sales efforts and strategic networking.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support.
- Conducting regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolving any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients and identify opportunities.
