Your focus will be on selling deposit products, API banking solutions, and payment services tailored to the unique needs of these businesses. This position will report to the Chief Banking Officer and will play a crucial role in developing new business and contributing to the bank's growth strategy.Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new startup and technology clients for deposit, API Banking and/or payment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders and key decision-makers in the tech ecosystem.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models and financial needs to provide tailored banking solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of our deposit, API Banking, and payment products.
- Lead strategic discussions on how our banking solutions can support clients' growth and operational efficiency.
- Achieve sales targets for deposit growth and payment product adoption.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles in banking, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated track record of selling to startups and technology companies.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and deposit products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
The hiring range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
