JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Assists in responding to client inquires, conducting account research, preparing client reports and presentation materials* Assists with providing high standards of service and communications to clients* Develops continuous and open channels of communication with all inter-company co-workers and support areas* Ensures all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and proceduresSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE* College degree or equivalent.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.* Proficient/knowledgeable in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat.* Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.WORKING CONDITIONS* Normal office conditions* Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
