Release train engineer(477843) Client: Panasonic Location: Lake Forest, CA 92630, Responsibilities 1. Guide, coach and motivate Agile Teams to apply Lean, Agile, Scrum, SAFe principles and practices 2. Organize and Facilitate ART level Sync events like PI Planning, SoS, PO Sync, Demos, Inspect &Adapt 3. Facilitate collaboration across multiple ART teams and other stakeholders (Product, Engineering) - feature slicing, prioritization, refinement 4. Assist in removing impediments for the teams. Track risks and dependencies to closure. Escalate as necessary. 5. Ensure and maintain a transparent environment for all stakeholders via tools like JIRA, Confluence, MIRO etc 6. Generate necessary metrics and periodically evaluate the process for better predications and risk management 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Agile methodologies and SAFe framework Qualifications a. 5 years experience in Agile b. 3 years experience as RTE c. Strong knowledge in various Agile methodologies. Clear understanding of Agile manifesto and its principles d. SAFe RTE or Similar Certification e. Prior experience in In-flight Entertainment and Communication f. Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams through Agile Transformation g. Strong Collaboration and team development skills h. Strong Conflict Management and Problem-Solving skills i. Strong Communication and Facilitation skills
