Join the Graymont team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. We're looking for a Reliability Engineer to lead critical maintenance programs for our plant and mobile equipment. The Reliability Specialist works a 4/10 workweek and Graymont offers competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities for the role:
* Lead initiatives to ensure safety, environmental, and operational excellence.
* Oversee the development and review of the plant's Asset Reliability Criteria.
* Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) evaluations.
* Manage the Preventive Maintenance Program and coordinate with planners.
* Implement Root Cause Analysis and Defect Elimination programs.
* Manage asset condition monitoring systems and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven track record of safe work and safety leadership.
* Technical College certification or University Degree in a related field. Journeyman (Millwright, Electrician, Heavy Mobile Mechanic, etc.), with a minimum of 5 years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a heavy industrial environment will also be considered.
* Assignments are broad in nature and require appreciable originality, research and ingenuity to successfully complete assignments.
* High degree of organizational, prioritizing, and motivational skills.
* Ability to motivate and work well with maintenance and operations employees to solicit input and develop ownership of key processes
* High level of computer skills (JDE, MS Office) and capable of learning new applications
