Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to come join our overnight direct care team at Young Parent Living Program! We are a residential program for teens who are pregnant and/or parenting. Our program offers services including independent living and parenting skill groups, education and job search support, day care and medical referrals, housing search and aftercare support.Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.We Provide The Training So That: Learn about our mission and culture. Period of time for orientation; specific to the site and individuals-served. Check on clients and children throughout the night. Assist clients when needed throughout the shift with independent living skills, parenting skills, and other needed issues. Complete light cleaning tasks, administer medications and document all client interactions. Transport clients to bus stations and school in the mornings (if applicable). Learn how to interact and communicate with residents, staff, families and collaterals in a professional manner. Attend scheduled staff meeting, required trainings and provide emergency shift coverage as required.Industry Leading Benefits Be who you are!
