Job applications for current students will not be considered if submitted through the external career center.Position DetailsThe Department of Philosophy & Religion in the College of Arts and Letters at The University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors in Religious Studies.Responsibilities include:1. Create syllabus and course-related materials in accord with department guidelines for an academic REL-205 World Religions course that is appropriate for a liberal arts curriculum at a non-religiously-affiliated private university.2. Teach course according to departmental guidelines.3. Provide meeting times outside of class.4. Administer a final exam during the University-specified final exam period at the end of the semester.5. Complete course grading and submit final grades through the on-line system.The successful candidate will have: 1. A minimum of a Master's Degree in Religious Studies or a related academic discipline.2.
