Job Description:

Triad Financial Services is looking for a Remarketing Associate in our Jacksonville, FL headquarters. This is a full time position with great benefits, including a 401k with matching, 3 weeks of PTO, tuition reimbursement, health benefits on Day 1, and more. The base hourly rate has a range of $23.30 to $25.30, depending on experience, skill set, education and certification. The Remarketing Assoc. is responsible for assisting the Remarketing Manager and Remarketing Supervisor with tasks associated with the management and sale of company owned real estate and chattel (manufactured home) assets from securing through liquidation and accounting of the loss.

  • Work directly with the Remarketing Manager & Remarketing Supervisor to assist with compilation and distribution of information regarding repossessions through incur, sale and post-sale processes.
  • Approve REO related invoices for payment and appropriately assess vendor invoices to customer accounts in the repossession management system.
  • Disburse payment for invoice through the MSP system or via a check request with Accounting depending on full service or non-full service.
  • Research and obtain necessary title work to allow proper transfer after remarketing is complete.
  • Ensure property inspections are ordered and received timely.
  • Communicate with investors regarding the remarketing process, including approvals to charge losses against the appropriate reserve account.
  • Ensure REO database is updated with accurate information to allow for credit loss reporting.
  • Work with internal business partners to quickly and accurately resolve issues, as applicable.
  • Maintain necessary information in the REO workstation on MSP that provides the necessary reporting for Accounting.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • MSP experience a plus
