Job Description:
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Remediation Project Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in lower Manhattan, NYC. Hybrid schedule 1x weekly in office Typical Day in Role: Issue Management contractors we will need to manage standup for the Remediation Assessment Program RAP , manage deliverables, sustainability of RAP, work effort related to Cyber & Operational resiliency and maintaining the US Applications related data requests from various teams, 2nd line, Audit, IS&C, Communication lead, Maintaining document repository for US and coordination with delivery framework teams. Any data analytics on the Issue Management data, implementation and execution of the RAP (Generating Reports from Open Pages/ Issue Management and Creating Sr. Mgmt views Relevant follow-ups for the audit items with US nexus- the report may require variants e.g. which Audit items for extension, on-track, iQA process related submissions and delays etc., Work with Technology Risk Officer (IS&C and IT Risk), legal team, Enterprise partners e.g. sync up with Enterprise team to ensure the Audit data maintained in Enterprise IT Risk Dashboard for Issue Management matches to the tracker maintained as part of the RAP Required Skills :
  • 2-4 years experience as a Project Manager
  • Prior experience in a QA or Audit capacity
  • Prior experience with Power BI
  • Prior experience in IT risk, remediation, regulatory IT or IT Audit
  • Strong Excel skills (spreadsheet trackers, V-Look ups)
  • Strong communication skills, Resilience, and Adaptability
  • Post Secondary Education in a related field
Preferred Skills :
  • Prior Cyber Risk experience
