Renovation/ Remodeling & Repair SpecialistDo you like to work alone and have control of your projects from beginning to end? Do you like to perform quality work and not depend on others to match your performance? Do you like to be rewarded for your work quality and efficiency? We are a small residential home repair and restoration company looking for multi-skilled tradesmen who can complete primarily the following work. -Drywall repair and replacement with the ability to match multiple styles of texture.-Finish Carpentry, trim/base/casing, etc.- Installing doors and windows- Painting & caulking- Installing toilets- General demolition- Tile install and/or repair-Flooring installation is a plus.We offer 401 K with 4% Match. Vacation and Holiday Pay, Medical Benefits are coming soon. Thank you** Must have adequate tools for the work described above and a professional-looking vehicle. We will pay mileage. Pay will start out at $26.00 for well-qualified individuals and pay a per-job bonus depending on profitability and customer satisfaction.
