In this position, you'll enjoy competitive base pay of $20-$25 / hour plus bonuses, full health insurance benefits, and enormous growth opportunities. As a Remodeling Brand Ambassador at Everest Home Improvement, you'll play a vital role in representing our values and fostering a positive brand image. Your responsibilities include:

  • Face-to-Face Marketing: Engage with potential customers and promote brand awareness.
  • Field Check-In: Ensure overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Call Center Training: Utilize the Buildertrend platform for effective communication.
  • Drip Campaigns: Create and manage drip campaigns for effective communication.
  • Scheduling Production: Coordinate production scheduling process.
  • Customer Care Process: Communicate effectively with customers throughout the process.
  • Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Visiting Customers: Build trusted relationships and gather testimonials.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community events and outreach programs.
