We thrive to do our best everyday and follow our Core Values: Honesty & integrity Teamwork Accountability Commitment to quality Personal growth Some key objectives for your role as Project Manager: Preparing jobs for construction, including preparing schedules, writing material lists, ordering materials, scheduling and coordinating trade contractors, and inspections Managing our projects to follow the pre-set schedule, completing jobs on time and within budget while ensuring that all specifications are followed. Professionally communicating with clients, team members, and trade contractors from pre-construction meetings to final walk-throughs. Addressing and resolving any construction issues. Performing layouts, miscellaneous carpentry, and minor trade tasks. Managing carpenters, helpers, and trade contractors. Producing change orders and presenting them to clients for approval. Collecting payments and invoices. Ensuring our job sites are clean, well-organized, safe, and secure. Developing alternate and more efficient means of production. Some qualifications include: 5+ years of on-the-job experience in carpentry and project management 3+ years of experience in a management position Experience managing 2+ projects at once Thorough knowledge of residential remodeling techniques Intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. Problem-solving skills with the ability to derive the most efficient method of completing projects Excellent communication skills Intermediate experience with PM software (CoConstruct, BuilderTrend), MS Outlook (or other email platforms), and iPad If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you today!
