Sales Development: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise segments of your designated territory. Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage all phases of the sales process, including prospecting, needs assessment, stakeholder engagement, delivering impactful presentations, collaborating with sales management on strategic account plans, and negotiating contracts to secure new business. Collaboration: Partner closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) and marketing teams to unearth and nurture new business opportunities. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the localization industry, competitive trends, and customer behaviors, leveraging this knowledge to enhance your effectiveness. Lead Qualification: Aid in managing and qualifying inbound marketing leads, such as demo requests and trial inquiries. Technology Utilization: Employ tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.io to implement a comprehensive prospecting strategy.Required Skills Direct sales experience of 2-3+ years, ideally in a remote sales environment with a quota-driven focus. A proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to building a high-quality sales pipeline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in selling both via phone and in person. Ability to adapt and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Familiarity with the localization industry is advantageous but not mandatory.Qualifications 2-3+ years of direct sales experience required. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong work ethic coupled with a competitive demeanor.
